I provide compassionate, effective therapy in Portland, Oregon. I work specifically with couples and individuals making a life transition, struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, or hoping to obtain balance, peace and happiness.
My approach to counseling is dynamic and rooted in a variety of methods and therapeutic practices, including interpersonal neurobiology, emotion focused therapy, narrative therapy, attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
