I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Portland, Oregon. I work specifically with couples who are making a life transition, seeking to enhance their communication or hoping to obtain balance, peace and happiness in their lives.
My approach to counseling is dynamic and rooted in a variety of methods and therapeutic practices, including interpersonal neurobiology, emotion focused therapy, narrative therapy, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
